• Event schedules, speakers, and programming may change at the discretion of Aqua Club LLP.
• Attendees must follow on-site instructions, venue regulations, and applicable laws at all times.
• Aqua Club LLP reserves the right to refuse or revoke access to any participant acting in a disruptive or unsafe manner.

• All ticket sales are processed securely through our authorised payment partners.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly permitted for a specific event.
• Cancellations and refunds are subject to the policy communicated on the event listing at the time of purchase.

• Aqua Club LLP is not responsible for personal belongings lost, damaged, or stolen during events.
• Participation in workshops, demonstrations, or competitions is at the attendee's own risk.
• By attending TIAS events you consent to photography, videography, and promotional usage of event footage featuring general audiences.
